Terms and Conditions
Make Hard Easy provides access to telehealth consultations for appropriate health concerns. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Consultation Fees
All consultation fees are payable at the time of booking and are inclusive of the scheduled consultation only.
Standard consultation (Make Hard Easy): $85
Consultations with our sister clinic, Restorative Health Clinic:
Initial consultations from $240
Follow-up consultations from $180
Fees may vary depending on the nature and duration of the consultation required.
3. Suitability of Appointments
Make Hard Easy consultations are intended for health concerns that are appropriate for shorter appointments.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that:
Your practitioner will assess the suitability of your consultation at the time of your appointment.
If your practitioner determines that your condition, medical history, or concerns require a longer or more comprehensive consultation, you may be referred to our sister clinic, Restorative Health Clinic.
In these circumstances, you may be offered a longer consultation at Restorative Health Clinic, which will incur a separate fee.
The initial consultation fee paid to Make Hard Easy is not refundable where the appointment has commenced and clinical assessment has occurred.
4. Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you consent to paying the consultation fee at the time of booking.
Consultation fees are non-refundable unless you provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you do not provide the required notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
5. Nature of Services
Information provided during consultations is general in nature and based on the information you provide at the time. Outcomes may vary between individuals, and no guarantee of specific results or treatment outcomes is made.
6. Patient Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for patients and practitioners.
Abusive, inappropriate, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. If your practitioner considers your behaviour to be inappropriate, they may end the consultation.
Where a consultation is ended due to inappropriate behaviour, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
7. Privacy and Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, and current concerns. This information assists practitioners in determining the most appropriate care.
8. Changes to Terms
Make Hard Easy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be published on our website.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
