Follow-up requirements vary depending on your treatment plan, symptoms and prescribed medications. Some treatments require ongoing clinical review and monitoring.

Follow-up consultations are $85 for 15 minutes (1 issue only) and $180 for 30 minutes.
*Medicare rebates may apply for eligible consultations where clinically appropriate. Out-of-pocket costs may still apply.

Patients may contact the clinic for administrative support, prescription enquiries and follow-up care as appropriate. Additional consultations may be recommended where further clinical review is required.

You will be charged the full consultation fee of $85 at the time of booking.
If you cancel prior to 48 hours of the consult time, you will receive a full refund.
If you fail to cancel the appointment and do not attend or cancel within the 24 before your consult time, you will not be refunded.

Consultation fees are payable by credit and/or debit card at the time of booking your consultation.
Payment for prescription renewals can be processed via credit and/or debit card. Prescriptions will be sent to our partner pharmacy which will take further payment for medications.

Initial consultations include discussion of your symptoms, medical history, current medications and treatment goals. Where appropriate, further investigations, pathology testing or referral for additional assessment may be recommended.

You will need to complete an onboarding form that includes your medical history and a medication list. You can also upload any test results you have available.

All medications supplied are prescribed by qualified clinicians and dispensed by registered Australian pharmacies where applicable. No. Follow-up care and repeat prescriptions are provided based on individual clinical needs, without lock-in subscriptions or long-term membership commitments.
