OUR STORY

Welcome to Make Hard Easy.

You may notice some familiar faces here, that is because Make Hard Easy was founded by Melissa Hadley Barrett, who is also the founder of Restorative Health Clinic and co-founder of The Penis Project podcast.

While the businesses are connected, they are not the same.

Restorative Health Clinic provides comprehensive assessment and treatment for men with more complex medical histories affecting sexual function and intimacy. This includes conditions such as prostate cancer, Peyronie’s disease, diabetes, neurological conditions, cardiac disease, and cancer-related sexual health concerns. Appointments are longer and more detailed, with Medicare rebates available for eligible patients. Care may include medical testing, collaboration with a patient’s broader health team, and referrals to other providers such as urologists, pelvic health physiotherapists, dietitians, oncologists, radiology services and pathology.

Restorative Health Clinic has supported men and their partners since 2015, helping them navigate complex sexual health and intimacy concerns with evidence-based, personalised care.

Make Hard Easy was created to offer a simpler, more accessible model of care for men without complex health conditions who are experiencing erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, performance anxiety, or who want to explore treatment options beyond medications such as Viagra or Cialis. These men often do not need long, expensive consultations, but they do want safe, expert guidance and practical solutions.

Make Hard Easy is an Australian telehealth service. We provide personalised, discreet support for men’s sexual health, with a focus on education, evidence-based care, and practical treatment options that can be accessed from home.

Our goal is to make expert help for sexual dysfunction more accessible across Australia. We believe everyone deserves access to reliable, accurate and safe care, regardless of where they live. This is especially important for men in rural and remote communities, where specialised services can be hard to access.

Led by experienced Nurse Practitioners, our approach looks beyond symptoms to understand the factors contributing to erectile dysfunction and other sexual health concerns. We offer genuine clinical support without lock-in subscriptions or one-size-fits-all treatment plans, helping men improve sexual wellbeing, confidence and intimate relationships with care that is respectful, safe and easy to access.
